Price and walk-in convenience is great. However, it can be a little hit-or-miss depending on which stylist you get. Some are definitely better than others. But none have been so bad that I wouldn’t go back.

Don’t go here unless you like being ignored. I checked in online, and my wait was down to no wait. I go in, and the 2 stylists working said hi, and they’d be with me shortly. 5 mins go by and nothing. I was at the top of the check-in list. Still nothing. Another client walks in, and 1 stylist immediately stops and doesn’t acknowledge me still waiting. She checks the other client into the system and doesn’t say anything to me or check me in. A third stylist comes out and takes that second client and still ignores me. Now I’m at the other South Jordan, having to wait even longer all because 2 stylists were lazy and unprofessional. My visit was 01/08/2023 at 1:20pm.

Been to this location many time and so far I’ve been treated kindly. When I came today for a haircut, I ask the lady that cut my hair if there’s a hairdo (updo) services available. She’s not kind at all at answering my question. She ask the other person if they do the updo, she replied she does. Back to this lady, she started saying that she hate to updo because she don’t want to pend her 15 minute or so doing it and bla.bla…what I need is the answer yes or no. She don’t have to lecture me abour preferences of hating doing an updo and spend her 15 minute for one customer at a time or so….simply be kind and not make your customer feel they are bash on. It make me thinking of what is her deal making it such a rude comment to someone asking a simple question. But this review will never meant anything anyway. Would not go to your location anymore. I rather went back to other salon. If it not because I’m in rush to get an appointment for my haircut I won’t go here tonight. My kids and my husband went to this location for haircut but I won’t let them go to this one anymore.

Every time I go I have a terrible experience. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be going back, especially to this location. For some reason all the hairstylist I’ve had at this location have had the worst attitude. They always cut my hair uneven, to the point that I have to go back to get it fixed. Last time one side was over an inch longer than the other side. For some reason they cut you hair dry, which is probably why they mess up on the length. I also asked for a quarter of an inch off my layers and the hair stylist hacked away at my hair with thinning shears. I’ve never had anyone cut my layers like that and it took off inches!! I mentioned something about it to the hairstylist and she got offended and made it clear that she had been doing hair for years so she knows what she’s doing. Except now my hair looks awful and I have to wait until it grows out to fix it. Plus, if the hairstylist hair looks trashy or not well done, then I don’t trust them to touch my hair. Maybe you guys should require your stylists to actually get ready for work so they look presentable.

Critical:Professionalism,QualityNever been to this location but took my son in because we were in the area. I never write reviews, but this is the worst haircut I have ever seen. Literally only took them 5 min to cut it. A lot of missed spots and patches. Very uneven. Looks like my 5 year old son literally cut his own hair. I addressed the areas missed, the lady literally just grabbed the shave and went over 1 spot really quick carelessly. Had to go out of my way and buy my own razor to fix it. Please save your self from the embarrassment and go somewhere else.Never been to this location but took my son in because we were in the area.
